Accelerator for Concrete Setting

The Accelerator for Concrete is a chlorine-free additive specifically designed to speed up the setting time of concrete mixtures. It enables high mechanical strength in the short term through faster hardening.

This additive reduces application time, making it ideal for projects requiring rapid drying, especially in cold weather conditions. In low temperatures, it also helps freshly poured concrete resist freezing.

Why Use a Concrete Setting Accelerator?

How to Use

1. Dosage: Add the accelerator to the mixer following these proportions:
   • 0.5% to 5% of the cement weight (i.e., 0.5 to 5 L per 100 kg of cement).
   • Individual dose: One 275 g dose for a 35 kg bag of cement.
2. Mixing: Allow at least 1 minute of mixing per m³ of concrete or mortar to ensure even distribution.
3. Climate considerations: Adjust the dosage based on temperature and the desired acceleration level.

Application Advice

This accelerator is particularly recommended for outdoor work in winter or projects requiring rapid hardening.

Always respect the indicated dosages to avoid overly rapid hardening, which could compromise the concrete’s quality.
